Samuel R. Freeman is the founding attorney and principal of the Law Office of Samuel R. Freeman. His practice focuses on employment matters. He offers comprehensive legal strategies for navigating conflicts, from pre-litigation negotiation to courtroom advocacy.
Samuel advises employers and individuals on a wide range of legal issues, including employment policies and procedures, leave laws, and employment and severance agreements. He also conducts independent workplace investigations, providing thorough, impartial findings and practical recommendations to help organizations address concerns promptly and consistently.
Samuel has been a member of the California Bar since 2018. He began his career in the Labor and Employment Practice Group of the Los Angeles office of the global law firm Winston & Strawn LLP. In 2023, Samuel moved back to San Diego, his hometown, and worked at a boutique law firm in Downtown before founding his own practice.
